About Our Courses Unlike larger colleges, our focus on fashion itself allows
us to provide hands on training to all our students. All our courses are
adapted using the distinguished French techniques and Parisian standards
as utilised by famous fashion schools and established international designers
today in the course of their work. Each programme is updated periodically
to keep abreast with the latest developments in the fashion world.
The unique structure of the IFTC method is the syllabus
emphasis on hands-on training. Such experience is invaluable right down
to the basic skills of designing, drafting, cutting to putting the design
together. Hence, students are given the opportunity to learn each step
thoroughly and within their own pace as IFTC courses stress on individual
attention based on the students capabilities and needs.
Classes are kept to a low student to teacher ratio and
we encourage students to express themselves in their work, as our dedicated
lecturers will be at hand to guide them every step of the way.
Student intake at IFTC is done on a monthly basis and
we accept enrollment all year round. The syllabus has been designed to
cater to your needs and through our unique assessment modules and grading
system, each student will progress through a set of subjects allowing
them to learn and grasp the fundamental concepts at their own pace. Only
then will more elaborate topics and subjects will be introduced to compliment
the basic skills attained. At IFTC, the concentration on core skills in
fashion designing is important, as it is this sound foundation that allows
students to express themselves in other areas.
